By accessing and using the JoinEU-SEE>PENTA online application tool you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms
and provisions of the Terms of Service (TOS) and other applicable law:

It is your responsibility, as you read these TOS, to also access and read the information provided on the website of the
Join EU-SEE>PENTA programme (www.joineuseepenta.eu).

By creating and using a JoinEU-SEE>PENTA online application account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and
complete information about yourself and your previous and current study, research and teaching activities. If you provide any
information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if there is reason to suspect that such information is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, your application will not be considered.

You understand that by filling out the online application form you consent to the collection and use of the information and data
provided by you and transfer of this information and data to partner institutions in the JoinEU-SEE>PENTA consortium. Further,
you hereby agree to the use of your contact details for communication in the context of the JoinEU-SEE>PENTA programme as
well as for receiving information on higher education issues.

The information and data will be treated confidentially. Information relating to individuals (personal data) is collected and used
in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on "the protection of
individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data". The Guidelines on "Data
Protection in the European Union" are available at the following link:

Upon starting your online application you will receive a password for creating your personal application account. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. Furthermore, you are aware that you are also
responsible for all activities carried out under your password and on your account.
